Abstract
Isotopic composition (delta18O and delta2H) in stream water, springs, groundwater, and precipitation was acquired for 2006-2008 to understand the impact of declining snowpack on hydrometeorologic and hydrologic processes in the mid Merced River catchment (1,873 km2), Sierra Nevada, California. The data is self-explanatory, with a Readme file containing site information including full names and geographic locations. It is recommended that any users who want to incorporate the data into their own studies consult with the author (Fengjing Liu at fliu7@mtu.edu) to see if similar studies are being conducted by the author and others.
