Abstract
This resource is associated with the following manuscript:
Shrivastava et al. - Influence of Bioturbation on Hyporheic Exchange in Streams: Conceptual Model and Insights from Laboratory Experiments, submitted to Water Resources Research
This resource entails the time series of dye concentration in the water column of the control and treatment flumes (excel sheet). It also includes the temperature correction and details for fitting the observed dye concentration. A script (Mathematica) for arriving at residence time distribution function for one of the flumes is also attached as an example.
