Abstract
Citizen science (students and farmers) collected hydrologic data of river stage, depth to groundwater table, soil moisture and soil resistivity in the Upper Blue Nile Basin, Ethiopia over four years. Each site and variable has different time lengths and location files are attached. Soil resistivity sensor was developed specifically for project (Xu 2018).
