Abstract

This resource includes data for various water chemistry parameters collected from a river sink-rise system, 12 springs, and 13 wells in North-Central Florida from 2018 to 2022. Parameters include water temperature, pH, DO, SpC, ORP, CH4, CO2, major ions, DOC, DIC, nutrients (NO3- and NH4+), FDOM characteristics (FI, HIX, BIX, spectral slope ratio, and absorption coefficients at 254, 355, and 440 nm), trace metals (As, Sr, Fe, Mn, Al), and δ13C values for CH4, CO2, and DIC. Also included are corresponding samples of atmospheric CH4 and CO2 concentrations and δ13C values.
