Abstract
This proposal outlines analysis related to modern day flow regimes and systems and Pleistocene deposits in the grand staircase regions of southern Utah. The slopes of modern day rivers, the Kitchen Corral, Johnson Wash and Kanab Creek will be compared with the slopes of geologically mapped Pleistocene deposits draped over the available DEM for southern Utah.
