Abstract
The accompanying datasets consist of a SQLite database and a processing code for analyzing the temperature observations at different sites in the Logan River Observatory for accessing the suitability of temperature in the Logan River for Trout population. The provided SQLite database consists of a time series of water temperature observations of the Logan River at six different Sites. All the sites have a specific site ID (1, 2, 3, 9, 10, and 13) and are a part of the Logan River Observatory. Similarly, the Python code provides an analysis of monthly temperature at three selected sites within the observatory which the user can specify by themselves. The Python code is capable of generating plots for average monthly temperature and monthly maximum temperature at the three specified sites.
