This is an example to test the creation of sciunit package from a general Jupyter Notebook ( an example of SUMMA 2nd Paper Figure 7 Jupyter Notebook) without any edition.
We can test the creation of a sciunit package using "1_creating_sciunit_package_using_three_step_getdata_analysis_outputviz_jupyter_notebook.ipynb" at first.
From the previous step, we can create a sciunit package and upload it on HydroShare as a new resource. In addition, we will add "2_testing_sciunit_repeat_and_visualization.ipynb" into new HydroShare resource. After that, we open a new HydroShare resource and use "2_testing_sciunit_repeat_and_visualization.ipynb" to repeat sciunit package to test reproducibility.
