Abstract
This resource contains hydrologic model and fisheries data generated as part of an ecohydrologic investigation in Mill Creek, Sonoma County, California, United States. The resource consists of three Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. ClimateChange_Discharges.xlsx contains discharges simulated with a MIKE SHE hydrologic model at the outlet of Mill Creek for existing conditions and four climate change scenarios under average and dry water year conditions. Coho_Detections.xlsx contains Passive Integrated Transponder tagging (PIT tag) detection data for outmigrating coho salmon smolts in Mill Creek below the confluence with Felta Creek. FlowRelease_Discharges.xlsx contains discharges simulated with a MIKE SHE hydrologic model at the outlet of Mill Creek for existing conditions and two reservoir release scenarios for dry water year conditions as well as timeseries of the corresponding release rates.
