Instructions for Reproducing the Workflow 1. Create an account in mygeohub.org 2. Using the login credentials, access to mygeohub.org and navigate to Resources> Tools. 3. Launch "Jupyter Notebook with Ananconda 5.1" Tool 4. Hit on Click Here to go to your Home Directory option to access your home directory. This is the location where you can store your code and data. 5. It is advisable to create a separate folder to store code and data for this project which makes it ACCESSIBLE in the future. Create a folder named Project_DEM in the home directory. 6. Inside the Project_DEM folder, create two separate folders with name Input and Output. 7. Upload your shapefile (7 files with different extensions after extracting the zip file) to the Input folder. 8. Now, upload the ipynb file containing the python code to Project_DEM folder. 9. Run each cell one-by-one. When you run the cell one-by-one, asterisk sign (*) on the left side of the cell indicates that the particular cell is running. You have to wait until asterisk sign changes to a number to go to next cell. An intermediate folder would be created which is deleted by running the last cell. And, the ouput file is available at Output Folder.
