Recent Activity
ABSTRACT:
These data accompany the manuscript "Monitoring tree sway as an indicator of interception dynamics before, during, and following a storm"
ABSTRACT:
These data are of continuously monitored acceleration time series of trees in Wisconsin.
Additionally, these data were used in a part of the manuscript, The motion of trees in the wind: a data synthesis, Biogeosciences, https://doi.org/10.5194/bg-2020-427.
ABSTRACT:
These data accompany the manuscript "Groundwater subsidizes tree growth and transpiration in sandy temperate forests"
ABSTRACT:
These data are associated with the manuscript "Monitoring tree sway as an indicator of water stress." The two folders are for the two analyses: (1) 24-hour experiment to disentangle the influence of mass and stiffness on sway period; and, (2) season long time series of soil moisture, meteorological data, and acceleration to determine the influence of soil water availability on tree sway period signals.
