ABSTRACT:
These data form the basis for a study developing a spatial model of the spread of Phytophthora cinnamomi. To test and parameterize the model, case studies from two sites were considered: one in Western Australia and one in Spain. Prior studies at each site mapped the progression of the disease using aerial imagery (see references). The files included here are rasterized data of the disease patches taken from these studies, as well as the supporting topographic and climate data for the sites.
