This dataset presents daily values of stream discharge, stream dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and nitrate (N-NO3-) concentrations, riparian groundwater tables, and riparian soil water DOC and N-NO3- concentrations at three catchments (Rappbode - 2.58 km2, Font del Regàs - 13.0 km2, and Fuirosos - 9.94 km2) for different periods within 2013 to 2023.

The sub-humid, Mediterranean Font del Regàs catchment is located in northeastern Spain (total drainage area = 15.5 km2).
ABSTRACT:
This dataset presents 10-min resolution time series of stream water (Sw) and near-stream groundwater (Gw) levels for the period September 2018 to March 2020 at two Mediterranean catchments located in northeastern Spain: the sub-humid Font del Regàs (total drainage area = 15.5 km2, drainage area of the measurement location = 14.2 km2), and the semi-arid Fuirosos (total drainage area = 16.5 km2, drainage area of the measurement location = 9.9 km2).
