ABSTRACT:

This dataset covers the transport of erythromycin, a macrolide antibiotic, during laboratory adsorption experiments. Equilibrium experiments, isotherm experiments, and column experiments were conducted. Also included are bulk characteristic data of the tested substrates (soil, manure). Results suggest erythromycin is more mobile in the presence of manure, likely through interactions with manure-derived dissolved organic matter (DOM). Concentration data was obtained using ELISA kits. The soil and manure collected for this study were from upstate New York, USA. The conclusions from this dataset are currently under peer review.
