Abstract
This tutorial illustrates the use of both the KinwaveImplicitOverlandFlow component and the OverlandFlow component to map flow over a catchment. It serves as a comparison between the two methods being used to solve the shallow water equation. The catchment used in this tutorial is the Spring Creek watershed, a steep 27 square kilometer watershed located in central Colorado. The DEM we will use has a resolution of 30 meters.
